Thank you for visiting my website.  I developed
daycareaware.com after the death of my daughter
Ava Olivia.  She passed away on 4/13/09 in an
accident at an in-home daycare.  Because of information we learned about how the accident occured, we began to do our own research and found many ways that you can check on a provider before you put your child in their care.  Most parents are unaware of all the ways you can "check up" on a certain provider and we have found several resources.  Once we found these, we determined that our main goal was to compile all these resources and links into one website to make it easier on parents searching for daycare. 

The Links for Research and the Questions to Ask are for the entire State of Kansas. 

I hope to expand into other states in the future.  I hope you find this site helpful and I pray that everyone who uses this site is able to find a responsible provider.
