Thank you for visiting my website. I developed daycareaware.com after the death of my daughter Ava Olivia. She passed away on 4/13/09 due to a preventable incident at an in-home daycare. Because of information we learned about how the incident occurred, we began to do more research and found that there are many other parents that have had to endure similar tragedies. When doing research on the internet for a proper daycare, we came upon several challenges that most parents face. The main problem was that all the information was not centrally located on one easy-to-use website. We determined after our daughter passed away, that our main goal was to compile all these resources and links into one website to make it easier on parents searching for daycare.
